Sandra Patrick is a native of Charleston and lives in Mt. Pleasant with her husband, Dennis, and their two children, Paul-David and Eleanor. With eleven years combined experience managing real estate closings, Sandra Patrick and Kristie Potts have perfected a system to assist the Chuck Avera real estate Team and their clients to insure a smooth and successful closing. As closing coordinators, they enjoy helping Mount Pleasant real estate Buyers and Mount Pleasant real estate Sellers alike in one of the most stressful times of a home owner's life, with the hope of making the process a smooth and easy.

 

In her spare time, Sandra enjoys boating with her family during the summer to Capers Island and is currently a second degree black belt with Masters Studios in Kempo Karate.
